Account Creation and Verification (KYC)

  • Registration details: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in Great Britain, email address, and any other requested details. You may be required to verify your email address or mobile number.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC): The Operator is legally obliged to verify your identity, age, and, where applicable, your source of funds or source of wealth. You may be asked to provide documents such as a passport or identity card, proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement), and evidence of the origin of funds used for gambling.
  • Timing of verification: We may restrict deposits, betting or withdrawals until our verification checks are completed. In certain cases we must complete verification before you can gamble or withdraw any funds. Failure to provide requested information in a timely manner may result in suspension or closure of your Account.
  • Ongoing monitoring: We may request updated documents at any time during your relationship with us, including when your activity or level of spend changes, to comply with anti-money laundering ("AML"), counter-terrorist financing and social responsibility obligations.

Account Integrity and Security

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Rules

  • Product-specific rules: Each game or betting market available on the Website is governed by its own rules, house rules, or paytable (including any rules displayed within the game interface or market description). In case of conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules will generally prevail for that particular product, except where this would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.
  • Acceptance of rules: By placing any Bet or participating in any Game, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules and agree to be bound by them.

Placing Bets and Stakes

  • Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed placed when it is accepted by our servers and appears in your betting history. For casino and Games, a wager is placed when the relevant "spin" or equivalent button is activated and confirmed by our systems.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or Game may have minimum and maximum stake limits which will be displayed in the betting interface or rules. We may refuse any Bet or part of a Bet that exceeds our limits or that we consider, in our reasonable discretion, to pose integrity, regulatory or risk concerns.
  • Bet confirmation: Once a Bet is placed and confirmed by us, your stake is deducted from your Account balance. It is your responsibility to check that the Bet details (selection, event, odds, stake) are correct before confirming.
  • Order of funds usage: Unless otherwise stated, Bets are funded from your Real Money Balance first and then, where permitted by the applicable promotion, from any Bonus Funds.

Cancellation, Errors and Settlement

  • Player cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you may not cancel or amend it unless we specifically make a "cash out" or edit feature available for that Bet and you successfully use such feature in accordance with the relevant rules.
  • Palpable errors: If a Bet is accepted at materially incorrect odds, terms, or event details due to an obvious and demonstrable error (for example, odds transposed or grossly mispriced relative to the market), we may void the Bet or settle it at the correct odds in accordance with our error policy and UKGC requirements.
  • Technical failures: In the event of a technical or system failure that affects the placement, recording, or settlement of Bets or Games, we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and transparently. Bets clearly affected by such failure may be voided and stakes returned where appropriate. We are not responsible for failures arising from your own equipment, internet connection, or software.
  • Settlement of Bets: Bets on sporting events are generally settled based on the official result at the time the relevant governing body declares the outcome. For Games, settlement is determined by the random number generator ("RNG") and/or game logic certified in accordance with applicable technical standards.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Interactions

  • Respectful behaviour: You must act respectfully towards other players, dealers, and staff, including in any live chat, messaging, or interactive features. You must not use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive language or content.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat, collude with other players, exploit software or game bugs, use automated tools, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account, voiding of Bets, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • No advertising or solicitation: You must not use chat or other interactive features to advertise products or services, solicit funds, or promote other gambling sites or platforms.

Fairness and Game Integrity

  • Randomness and testing: Where applicable, Games are operated using certified random number generators and are subject to testing against the technical standards required by the UKGC. The Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure that Games are fair, operate correctly, and pay out in accordance with their rules.
  • Suspicious activity: We may suspend betting, void Bets, or withhold winnings where we have reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, inside information, integrity breaches, or other suspicious activity, and we may share relevant information with sports governing bodies, the UKGC, law enforcement, or other competent authorities.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Separate Bonus Policy: Full details of specific promotions, offers, and loyalty rewards are set out in the Bonus terms or promotional rules made available on the Website from time to time. These Terms provide a general framework and apply to all Bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant offer.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be restricted to particular players, segments, events, or channels. We may withhold or cancel a Bonus if you are in breach of these Terms, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible.

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: A Bonus may require you to opt in, enter a promo code, make a qualifying deposit or Bet, or fulfil other conditions described in the relevant offer. Activation conditions will specify the time period during which the Bonus must be claimed.
  • Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (for example, a stated number of times your Bonus and/or deposit) and eligible products will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
  • Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated Wagering Requirements must typically be completed within a specified period (for example, a number of days from activation) as set out in the relevant promotion. Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings that do not meet the Wagering Requirements within that timeframe may be removed.
  • Order of stakes: The order in which Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds are used for Bets and Games will be described in the relevant promotion or Bonus Policy. In general, real money is used first where required by UKGC guidance.

Restricted Games and Prohibited Practices

  • Game restrictions: Certain Games or bet types may be excluded from contributing, or may contribute at a reduced rate, to Wagering Requirements. These restrictions will be indicated in the relevant promotional terms or Bonus Policy.
  • Maximum stakes: Bonus play may be subject to maximum stake limits per bet, spin, or game round. Stakes above the stated limit may not contribute to Wagering Requirements and may lead to the reduction or removal of the Bonus if used systematically.
  • Irregular play: The following (among other practices) may be treated as irregular play: low-risk betting strategies designed primarily to meet Wagering Requirements, betting equal or over a significant portion of your Bonus or balance in a single bet or round contrary to stated limits, or covering a large proportion of a game's outcomes in order to minimise risk.
  • Abuse and fraud: We may withhold or remove Bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close or suspend Accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Bonus has been abused, including through collusion, multiple account creation, or breach of promotional conditions, subject always to our regulatory obligations.

Combining Promotions

  • Non-cumulative offers: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may usually be in place at any one time, and participation in one promotion may limit eligibility for others.
  • Priority of terms: If there is any inconsistency between a specific promotional offer and these Terms, the specific promotional terms will govern your participation in that promotion, but these Terms will continue to apply to the broader relationship between you and the Operator.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Accepted methods: The Website may support deposits by debit card, e-wallets, bank transfers, and other Payment Methods as listed in the cashier section of your Account. Some methods may not be available to all players or at all times. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling transactions where prohibited by law or UKGC regulations.
  • Cryptoassets: The availability of cryptoasset-based Payment Methods (if any) is subject to applicable law, UKGC requirements, and our internal policies. Where such methods are not offered in Great Britain, you must not attempt to deposit via cryptoassets.
  • Ownership of funds: You may only deposit funds from a Payment Method that is in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using a Payment Method held by another person is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of the Account.
  • Deposit limits: We may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction or per period. You may also set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling Tools.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals will usually be processed via the same Payment Method you used to deposit, where possible, and otherwise via an alternative method selected by us that is reasonably available. We may restrict withdrawal options in line with AML and fraud-prevention requirements.
  • Verification before withdrawal: We may require you to complete KYC and AML checks, including verification of identity, address, ownership of Payment Methods, and source of funds, before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent withdrawals.
  • Processing times: We aim to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within a few Business Days, but actual times may vary depending on checks required and your chosen Payment Method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.
  • Limits: We may impose minimum and/or maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction or period. Any such limits will be indicated in the cashier section or notified to you during the withdrawal process.

Fees, Currency and Third-Party Processors

  • Fees and charges: We may charge fees for processing deposits or withdrawals where this is necessary to reflect third-party charges. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier interface before you confirm a transaction.
  • Currency and exchange: Your Account will be held in the currency specified during registration or as subsequently agreed. Where currency conversion is required, it will be performed at a rate selected by us or the Payment Processor, and you are responsible for any associated costs.
  • Use of processors: The Operator may engage group companies or third parties, including entities such as GoforLB Ltd (Cyprus) and GoforLA B.V. (Curaçao), as Payment Processors for transactions related to your use of the Website. Such entities act only as processors or service providers and not as gambling operators for Great Britain players.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Security Reviews

  • Refund policy: Once a deposit is successfully credited and used for gambling, it is not normally refundable. In exceptional circumstances (such as a clear error or technical issue) we may consider a refund at our discretion, subject to regulatory and AML constraints.
  • Chargebacks and reversals: You agree not to make unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals. Where a chargeback occurs, we may deduct the amount from your Account, recover any outstanding sums, and suspend or close the Account. We may also report such incidents to relevant authorities and credit reference agencies where lawful to do so.
  • Security reviews: We may conduct security reviews at any time to validate your identity, age, residence, ownership of Payment Methods, and compliance with these Terms. During such reviews, we may suspend the processing of deposits or withdrawals and restrict access to some or all Services.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fair operation of Services: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, operate Games and betting markets in accordance with their published rules, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, licence conditions, and technical standards issued by the UKGC.
  • Accuracy of information: We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the Website (such as event details, odds, results, and account balances) is accurate. However, minor delays, omissions, or typographical errors may occur and do not give rise to a guarantee or warranty unless specifically required by law.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical and network failures: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from interruptions, delays, or failures in telecommunications, internet connectivity, computer systems, or software that are outside our reasonable control.
  • Third-party services: We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including Payment Processors, internet providers, device manufacturers, or other service providers, except as required by applicable law.
  • Indirect or consequential loss: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, opportunity, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.

Liability Cap

  • Maximum compensation: Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability to you arising out of any Bet, Game, or series of related Bets or Games is limited to the lesser of (i) the amount of the stake placed on the Bet(s) or Game(s) giving rise to the claim, or (ii) the amount actually standing to the credit of your Account at the time the relevant event occurred.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Content and software: All rights in and to the Website and its content, including software, source code, databases, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, images, audio, video, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to the Operator, its group companies (including GoforLA B.V. and GoforLB Ltd where relevant) or its licensors.
  • Brand usage: The Brand name Bet Warrior and all associated trademarks, logos, and branding used on werrior.bet are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights to such marks or content by using the Website or Services.

  • Limited licence: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

  • No reverse engineering: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software used on the Website, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your rights: Your rights in relation to your personal data, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, along with contact details for privacy-related queries, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Note: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data protection matters, the Privacy Policy will prevail.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Notifications

  • Right to amend: We may modify these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical improvements, or business needs.
  • Notification methods: Where we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include displaying a prominent notice on the Website, sending an email to the address registered on your Account, and/or presenting the updated Terms at your next login.

Effective Date of Changes

  • Advance notice: Unless a change is required earlier by law or regulatory requirement, updated Terms will generally take effect no earlier than fourteen (14) days after we provide notice of the change, or from such later date as specified in the notice.
  • Continued use: Your continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of updated Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: We may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to some or all Services, withhold funds, or void Bets where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
    • you have breached these Terms or any applicable product or promotional rules;

    • you have engaged in fraud, collusion, cheating, money laundering, or other unlawful or improper conduct;

Customer-Initiated Closure and Self-Exclusion

  • Self-exclusion and time-outs: You may choose to self-exclude or apply a time-out using the Responsible Gambling Tools. During self-exclusion, we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from using the Website in accordance with UKGC requirements, but you must also refrain from attempting to circumvent such measures.

Effect of Termination

  • Funds on closure: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or by us), and subject to applicable law, AML, and regulatory requirements, we will:
    • pay out any undisputed Real Money Balance, less any applicable fees or chargebacks, via an appropriate Payment Method; and
    • void or remove any unused Bonuses and associated Bonus Funds that are not withdrawable.
  • Outstanding obligations: Termination of your Account will not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that have accrued up to the date of termination, including our right to recover any sums owed or to cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement investigations.
